How many times a week should I train

Clients train at Body Benefits between one and three times a week depending on your schedule.

Will I get a place in the class every week

Yes, as all classes and sessions are booked exclusively for each client for a minimum of 10 weeks.

Can I do casual sessions

We do not offer casual classes as all sessions are booked exclusively in advance for each client.

Can I reschedule my appointment

Yes, clients can re-book on line via the session schedule page - terms and conditions apply.

What is a Pilates Reformer

The Reformer is an easy to use piece of Pilates equipment that has spring loaded resistance creating a huge range of exercises to work your whole body and achieve amazing results.

What sort of results will I achieve ….

You can achive great results  with regular sessions, such as muscle tone, strength, flexibility and improved posture. However results vary depending on your individual circumstances. Please see our client testimonial page for results.

Why have introductory sessions

These sessions are essential to teach the key pilates principles, correct form and technique, become familiar with the exercises, resistance and equipment used. This allows you to exercise safely and confidently in the group sessions.
