Meditation Introduction

We are pleased to announce that my lovely meditation teacher will be offering an Introduction to Meditation at the studio and hopefully as a regular weekly class.


Effortlessly Meditate for Stress-Free Living

A uniquely effortless approach to settle into a calm meditative state by gradually releasing unnecessary physical tensions and mental agitation, without struggle or strain. This is an ideal way to undo our chronic stress reactions to daily challenges. Suitable for newcomers and seasoned practitioner.


Each session features brief explanations, two guided meditations and time for Q&A or discussion



Wai Cheong Kok, is an experienced teacher of meditation since 1996, with over 25 years of practice and a special interest in making available the benefits of meditation to a wider audience. He is the senior teacher at Vajrayana Institute, a Tibetan Buddhist centre at Ashfield.
